“I Was F*n Crazy” : Dwayne Johnson Shares Secret Behind His Massive Arms in High Intensity Workout Video With Aaron Donald

Several Hollywood superstars are known for having a good physique. Especially action-film actors have one of the best physiques in the entire industry. The likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, Dolph Lundgren and Dwayne Johnson. Although they are not the only stars to have a good physique; they stand among the best.
Johnson started out as a football player before venturing into the world of wrestling. After having one of the most successful wrestling careers, he switched to Hollywood. Initially, he maintained a lean-built but gradually he transformed it into a rock-solid physique.

To maintain a physique like The Rock, one must work extremely hard. And so does Johnson. The Rock undergoes a strict diet, where he even takes his own food to restaurants while performing an intense training routine.
He recently took to Instagram to share his workout routine. The 50-year-old was seen training his arms with Aaron Donald. He shared the routine as, “20 reps* switch arms20 reps* switch arms20 reps* switch arms20 reps. No rest. 100 LB dumbbells. 3 sets.”

The Rock further mentioned that the video portrayed the opening supersets they were working on, and the primary set of workouts was yet to arrive. It was with this opening superset that Johnson proved the secret behind his massive body. He further stated, “I thought I was f’*n crazy” after performing the opening set of workouts with Aaron Donald.
He has 20inch biceps alongside 31inch quads, and he has worked hard on achieving those. His latest film, Black Adam, is about to hit the theaters soon.

The Scottish warrior is currently one of the hottest prospects in WWE. He started out as ‘The Chosen One’ before eventually fading out. He then competed at the lower mid-card level before being let go. McIntyre then made a name for himself in Impact wrestling and underwent a massive transformation.

The 37-year-old is enjoying his prime time in WWE. He won the Royal Rumble in 2020, before defeating Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania. He then held the title for a long time, and then was involved against Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE World Heavyweight Championship, but could not win it, unfortunately.
