“I Was Very Abrasive..” – John Cena Once Made Ex-fiancee Nikki Bella Sign a Massive 75-Page Document Which He Later Regretted

John Cena is one of the most popular WWE superstars around. The Leader of Cenation has won it all in WWE and is now achieving new wonders in Hollywood. Cena is currently scheduled to be in a film with Idris Elba.

Cena started his career as a competitive bodybuilder but then transformed it into a pro wrestling career and then moved to Hollywood. Cena is currently a married man, but, he was previously engaged to former WWE Superstar, Nikki Bella.

However, they did not end up getting married, and broke up, just a few weeks before their marriage. Both of them then went their separate ways and married two completely different individuals. While they were together, Nikki Bella moved in with John Cena, but there were a few conditions.

While prenups are extremely common among celebrities, John Cena did go a bit far. The 45-year-old made Nikki Bella read and sign a 75-pages document. On an episode of Total Bellas, Nikki Bella revealed the incident and began to think if their relationship was meant to be long-term.

In season one of the show, Nikki Bella expressed her concerns to her sister Brie Bella. The prenup read, “Although I do not wish to be formal, I do not want there to be any misunderstanding regarding your presence at the home as my guest. In the event that I ask you to vacate the home, you agree to immediately vacate the home and remove any and all items you have brought into the home as soon as possible.”

The Prenup stated Nikki Bella was a guest, and it was hurtful for her. Bella stated that she wondered if she is a guest in John Cena’s heart and if she ever would have a permanent spot in his heart. However, that did not happen, and they eventually broke up.

John Cena provided an explanation behind the prenup

On Total Bellas, Nikki Bella was visibly heartbroken and expressed her concerns to her sister. Speaking to her sister, she expressed how confused she was. The former Divas Champion said, “It kind of makes me second-guess where John and I stand in our relationship. I love John, but maybe he knows that he doesn’t want to be with me forever?”

However, the 16-time World Champion had his reasons behind such a prenup. He claimed that the reason behind this was to protect his money, so he could keep providing for the people he loves. He said, “I was very abrasive and stern and she had to sign this huge, crazy agreement to come in the front door. Just some sort of thing where I would be protected in case of a disaster.”

Cena stated that his mother did not pay for the house, and his two brothers also lived there. While one was expecting a child, the other had medical problems.

The Peacemaker actor explained all of these to his then-fiancee, and that made the difference.
