Recently during his podcast, ‘To Be The Man’, Flair addressed one of the most talked about moments from 2022. During his podcast, Flair was asked about the infamous slapping incident from The Oscars 2022. The incident occurred when comedian Chris Rock joked about Will Smith’s wife, when the latter stood up, walked up the aisle, and slapped Chris Rock hard on the face.

The infamous moment stirred controversy as well as led to a series of memes. On the podcast, when Conrad Thompson asked Flair about it, he had an answer prepared. He answered it in his own way, but also believed that the entire incident was a work and not real.

The incident was a notorious moment from The Academy Awards last year and became a talking about. Several people believed it was scripted and not real, while others criticized Smith’s action.
When Chris Rock started joking about Smith’s wife Pinkett, and her hair-loss issue, the Hollywood star lost his cool. Speaking on this, Flair said, “well, first of all I didn’t know it was real. Because if you are that mad at a guy you don’t slap or punch him. That’s what throws me up okay? “

He further said, “So I thought it was a work but apparently it wasn’t. Well, I admire both these talents.” The 73-year-old claimed that since it was the first time, Smith got away with it but if he slaps him another time, he might be in jail.
Flair would conclude his statement on a hilarious note when he joked about if someone has issues, they should follow them to a toilet and put their head in a toilet bowl.
