Hulk Hogan’s honest tips for a healthy mind
In a video by Men’s Health, Hogan said, “Mental Health? Well, it’s a constant struggle because I’m legitimately crazy. That’s what they say. Aren’t all wrestlers crazy?“. However, soon Hollywood Hogan pulled his thoughts together to give some great tips to his fans and everybody else watching the video.
“I’m just so grateful to be alive, you know? So, it’s looking forward in the windshield instead of worrying about what’s in the rear-view mirror now. And that’s the only thing that keeps me sane,” he added in the video. After mentioning everything that he is grateful for, Hogan summarised his message in a few words.
