For a few months, we have seen that Dwayne Johnson is the biggest DC fan in the world. His promotion for the upcoming Black Adam has seen Johnson showing his childhood moments. Fans of the superhero genre movies and DCEU fans are combining as Johnson is making this movie the biggest thing since Avengers: Endgame.

But we have to wait for the release on October 21, 2022, to see the reception the movie gets. We know one actor who is jealous of Johnson’s role in the movie. At the SDCC panel for Black Adam, Johnson revealed his Hollywood best friend who wanted to be a superhero.

When a fan asked Dwayne Johnson on the Black Adam panel if Kevin Hart ever got jealous of his role in the upcoming movie, Johnson said, “That’s good… That was a great question.” Then he replied, “The truth is, yes, Kevin Hart gets jealous [at] everything. I’m pretty good with height. You’re already taller than Kevin Hart.

He continued saying to the 6,000 fans, “My dream and Seven Bucks Productions was to always come here. To be here today, to watch Black Adam levitate and throw around lightning like he was passing out candy, I gotta tell you guys, this truly is a dream come true, so thank you so much for this and of love and support.

Announced way back in 2016, the world already knew who Black Adam was going to be. The master of promotion, Dwayne Johnson, even hinted at a fight between Henry Cavill and himself on-screen when the news was announced. Not wanting to disappoint fans, he announced beforehand that he won’t be appearing in SHAZAM! But he also announced that there will be a solo outing for his character.

Seeing Johnson’s anticipation and determination behind the movie gives it another sense of excellence rather than the early screenings or reviews.
