“Important for These Kids”: Dwayne Johnson Posts Emotional Message After Influencer Pulls Off ‘King’ Move

One of the most recent examples of this generous behavior was when The Rock sent a video as thanks to a school that invited him to attend their school dance. But DJ is back at it again; this time, spreading awareness for a cause that is very important for the education of young kids.

Dwayne Johnson is spreading awareness on Twitter about diverse education

On Twitter, a person named Patrick Rhodes, doing volunteer service for his community in Florida, reached out to The Rock for a mention. He donates books for children that have illustrations that represent characters with diversity. Dwayne Johnson retweeted his post congratulating his efforts and his goal was recognized by many around the world who would like to help with the goal.

And The People’s Champ delivered. Replying to the first tweet, “Great job here @PatrickTheGiver Important for these kids to not only receive this kind of kindness from you thru these books but also seeing themselves represented in the books as well. I did a lot of growing up in Tampa, so thank you man for takin care of our kids.“

After Patrick saw this tweet, he replied with a video message on Twitter. DJ replied to that as well, saying, “You’re welcome man. And keep up the great work. I love that your bio reads, “My mission is to use @Twitter to uplift and inspire” I always say “it’s nice to be important, but it’s more important to be nice” Keep leading with kindness and inspiring people, brother.”

The work that Patrick is doing is very essential for young kids growing up. Motivating kids to read through books that represent them in a positive light is an honest mission.
