Mark Henry convinced Braun Strowman to try his luck in wrestling. The duo got to know each other when they participated at the same strongman competitions.
He made his WWE debut in August 2015 as a member of the Wyatt family in a feud against Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns. In 2016, the company split the faction, and Strowman went to Raw to begin his career as a singles Superstar.
