As the world gets ready to welcome 2021, wrestling fans await an even more exciting prospect. Why? Well, it’s not just the New Year for wrestling fans, but it is the beginning of the road to WWE WrestleMania!

The Royal Rumble is the first pit stop that lays the foundation stone for the WrestleMania card, but we can’t contain our excitement. So, here are some early predictions for likely matches we can see at WrestleMania 37.

With WrestleMania 37 officially shifting from Inglewood, California to the Tampa Bay, Florida, any chances of The Rock vs Roman Reigns are now dead.

Given the run Roman Reigns has had ever since returning as the ‘Tribal Chief,’ he needs a credible opponent that can match his dominance.

Goldberg, who Reigns was originally scheduled to face at WrestleMania 36, said he isn’t done with Reigns last month. He sowed the seeds of their match, and looking at the way thing are going, Roman vs Goldberg seems like the most likely match for the Universal Championship.

Drew McIntyre vs Royal Rumble Winner – WWE Championship

With Reigns going against Goldberg, the Royal Rumble winner will probably choose McIntyre‘s WWE Championship at WrestleMania.

The most probable winners of the Rumble could be Keith Lee or Sheamus. Imagine if WWE puts effort behind Sheamus vs McIntyre; it could be a nice, hard-hitting match between the big men at the grandest stage of them all!

Sasha Banks vs Bianca Belair

We hope this turns out to be a spoiler, but Bianca Belair should win the Women’s Royal Rumble match. She is the perfect package that WWE needs. All they need to do is book her strong like they did with their favorites, namely Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch.

Bianca Belair winning the Rumble will only add to her credibility, and given her skills inside the ring, we’re sure a match and rivalry between the ‘EST of WWE’ and ‘The Boss‘ will be an exciting one. We saw the two women team up recently, but it won’t be long before they are against each other.

Asuka vs Charlotte Flair

Charlotte Flair has achieved everything there is to achieve in the WWE. She hasn’t been WWE Champion, but we don’t think WWE wants to take inspiration from Impact Wrestling and Tessa Blanchard in that regard.

Charlotte vs Asuka is a money match as both women are the best in the professional wrestling sport right now. These two put on an instant classic at WrestleMania 34, and their match at WrestleMania 37 will be no different. Storyline? Well, why do you think Asuka and Charlotte are Tag Team champions? Let jealousy sink in, man.

Big E vs Seth Rollins – WWE Intercontinental Championship

The new Intercontinental Champion Big E will surely not be dropping his championship soon. His program with Sami Zayn will probably end at the Royal Rumble. That being said, Seth Rollins would be a great opponent for Big E at WrestleMania.

A win over Rollins at Mania would do wonders for Big E’s singles run and could shape him up for a future match with Roman Reigns. Seth Rollins and E have met each other in the ring in the past and can deliver some exciting contests; WrestleMania will be no different. It’s just a matter of waiting to see if it happens or not.

Bobby Lashley vs Cedric Alexander – WWE US Championship

The Hurt Business is one of the best things on Raw, but with Cedric Alexander recently showing signs of branching out on his own, we could see him turn on the group or vice versa anytime in the coming months.

Alexander has really grown as a performer with The Hurt Business, and it’d be great for him to stand up, and prove himself by beating Bobby Lashley for the United States Championship. Behold, the age of Alexander is coming!

The Fiend vs Randy Orton

Anyone who thought Randy Orton burning The Fiend was the end of their rivalry was wrong. In fact, the fire missing in their rivalry is now ignited. Randy Orton may have burned The Fiend at WWE TLC, but there is nothing that can stop him.

He will come back for Orton, and he will hurt him bad. There is no room for Randy Orton to heal now. When The Fiend comes for him at WrestleMania, there will be nowhere to run and nowhere to hide as he inflicts pain and hurts the 14-time World Champion for his actions.

There are multiple other matches we could see at The Grandest Stage of them all, but now is too early to predict. Except for championship matches, we will have grudge matches too. Let’s see how storylines progress as we get started on the Road to WrestleMania 37!
