‘The Nature Boy’ Ric Flair is a 16-Time World Champion. His career spanned over four decades, and even after retirement, he is one of the most popular Superstars. ‘Naitch’ has immense pro wrestling knowledge and can be an ideal fit in a creative role, or not?

The ‘Limousin Ridin, Jet Flyin’ recently answered a question about rumors of his involvement in the WWE creative process on The Wrestling Inc. Daily Show. Flair said although he chips in with suggestions sometimes, he does not prefer to involve himself in the process.
He said, “No. Absolutely not. I do like to offer suggestions, but I’ve learned through trial-and-error that I’m OK just agreeing to everything they’ve laid out. If it [any storyline] involves me intricately, I want to give input. But I am better off just listening. This business has changed a lot, you can’t make everyone happy. It’s a thankless job to be an agent.”

We agree with Ric Flair here. It’s a very painstaking task to be a part of creative and think of ideas constantly for weekly live television. At this age, he is better off as a manager. But we wonder what his on-screen role would be, given that Lacey Evans is legitimately pregnant and will be off-television soon.
What’s next for ‘The Nature Boy?’
Ric Flair’s recent storyline saw him manage Lacey Evans while feuding with his daughter, Charlotte Flair. Sadly, the plans were nixed before its original course due to Evans getting pregnant.

Last week, Charlotte Flair and Ric Flair met in a backstage segment where it looked like WWE had finally written Flair off TV. Charlotte was pretty harsh on her father as she told him not to overshadow her. She then told him she loves him and thanked him for everything before asking him to leave.
It looks like WWE will head with Charlotte Flair vs Asuka II for the Raw Women’s Championship at this year’s WrestleMania. And we believe ‘The Nature Boy’ will be a part of this feud in some way or another heading into WrestleMania 37.
