“It’s Embarrassing”: Fans Reject Maxxine Dupri After Botches Continue Despite Match With Rhea Ripley

WWE’s 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble match was an electrifying showcase of talent, with Bayley emerging victorious. Alongside her, Naomi, Jade Cargill, Liv Morgan, and Bianca Belair captivated the WWE Universe with their performances. However, amidst the stellar displays, one RAW Superstar, 26-year-old Maxxine Dupri, failed to impress. 

This 5th February episode of Monday Night RAW featured a Dupri match which wasn’t particularly well received by the WWE Universe. As botches marred her match against Rhea Ripley a few months ago, she again seemed unimpressive in the ring leading fans to sour on her.

Maxxine Dupri’s transition from manager to in-ring competitor alongside Alpha Academy on Monday Night RAW garnered her considerable fan support. Despite her popularity, her recent matches have faced criticism due to botched moves. Even including a challenging match against Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley last month. After that bad match fans hoped she’d learn from it. However, her botches seem to continue.

Making her Women’s Royal Rumble debut at number 18, Dupri faced criticism for multiple botches before being eliminated by Bayley. In a recent RAW match on 5/2, teaming with Akira Tozawa against Valhalla and Ivar, she also had noticeable botches. 

Now a video of Dupri’s performance circulated on Twitter, sparking further criticism from fans and commentators alike. It stated, “Maxxine isn’t ready for TV matches. Stop setting this poor woman up.” The match showed her fight Valhalla. Unfortunately, Dupri and Tozawa were defeated. 

Dupri’s lack of eliminations coupled with noticeable mistakes during the match led to disappointment among fans. They expressed their dissatisfaction in the video’s comments section.

Despite her potential, it’s evident that Dupri’s first Rumble appearance failed to meet expectations.

Fans leave harsh criticism after seeing several Maxxine Dupri’s botches

After seeing Maxxine Dupri’s botches WWE Universe took to the Twitter video and voiced out their opinion. The fans didn’t mince their words. 

One fan went ahead and told her to go back and not perform on TV anymore. 

The others came forward and stated how she performed badly in the Rumble and other matches too. They even criticized Triple H for booking her. 

Another wrote how embarrassing it was for them to see all this. 

The rest expressed how tough it was to watch, and how the fans are getting frustrated to see her again.

The remaining fans came forward to open up about how she might need more practice and come back to fight.
