“It’s Gone” – WWE Legend is Unhappy With Bianca Belair Getting Squashed by Becky Lynch at SummerSlam 2021

The ‘Biggest party of the Summer’ is over now. The SummerSlam PPV from Las Vegas was a blaster in terms of viewership and it proved to be the single most-watched PPV of all time in WWE’s illustrious history.

However, some fans were left with a sour taste after the event got over. The WWE Universe witnessed the much-awaited return of ‘The Man’ Becky Lynch; however, the joy washed away after Lynch defeated Bianca Belair for the WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship in under 30 seconds.

Booker T says Becky Lynch might’ve lower the star power of Bianca Belair

WWE Hall of Famer and Legend, Booker T weighed in on the matter; speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker confessed he believes Bianca’s star power took a huge hit after she got squashed at SummerSlam.

Booker also questioned the authorities who booked the match and says the company should be focused on protecting those they’ve worked so hard to establish.

“When you got a company and you want to put your talent in the position to where everybody wins, because we’re dealing with a limited amount of stars and talent. We got to make it last and go as far as we possibly can,” Booker said. “When you miss a moment, just like we had with that match right there, you may never get it. Well, they can’t get it back. It’s gone.” Booker said.

The fans on the internet have been really vocal about Becky squashing Bianca who won the championship at WrestleMania earlier this year.

Eventually, many fans believed WWE had pushed a panic button because CM Punk debuted a night before on AEW Rampage in Chicago.

Even legendary Nikki Bella also discarded the idea of Becky squashing Belair at such a grand stage. However, this week’s Friday Night SmackDown will be an interesting one, maybe we see what happens next in this rivalry.
