One thing that John Cena is known for in WWE is his generosity. From his work in the ring and outside of it, Cena has shown the world that he loves the act of giving back to the community. But Jimmy Uso had words for him on the recent episode of SmackDown, taking a shot at his WWE career.

Calling out Cena on the first day back after months of absence was a huge move on Jimmy Uso’s part. But it paid off. Not only did it shut up the Cenation leader but also the fans. While he might have said it out of spite, did Jimmy Uso truly believe that Cena is just another star like Roman Reigns who loves to take from the young in the company?

John Cena gets called out by Jimmy Uso for being the same as Roman Reigns

After starting SmackDown at a high with an appreciation for the audience by John Cena himself. He dedicated his elongated return to the fans until Jimmy Uso interrupted him and called him ‘corrupted’ when explaining his reason for attacking his brother at SummerSlam. He even compared Cena to the biggest heel in the company, Roman Reigns as well.

He said, “And here’s the funny thing I wanted to tell you, brother. You and Roman Reigns are exactly alike! Y’all are exactly alike man, why. How is John Cena like Roman Reigns? The answer is very damn simple: you take take take and take the only difference between you and Roman Reigns is you do yours with a smile!”

It is likely Jimmy Uso compared the star power of Cena and Reigns which has allowed them to stay in the main event for years. But this happened at the cost of other stars. This is also one of the biggest critiques of stars like Reigns and Cena, who come in and out of WWE just because they are able to. All the while, stars who are on the mid-card have to grind every week to prove that they deserve to be in the company.
