John Cena Once “Almost Died” After Being Thumped by His Own Girlfriend Driving Recklessly

John Cena is currently married to a Canadian, Shay Shariatzadeh. However, during an interview he revealed a brutal incident of his, when Cena almost died due to something his then girlfriend did to him. In 2017, John Cena appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, alongside Kate McKinnon.

At the show, the trio played a game where they had to read a true confession of theirs, while also answering questions related to them. The show started with Cena reading a confession of his, where he revealed that he once almost died, when he was on a bike, and his girlfriend hit him with a car.

He said,” I was once hit by a car while riding my bike, and the driver was my girlfriend.” He further revealed a small detail of the incident, where it happened, what bike it was, and if he maintained the relationship further with his girlfriend. Cena further claimed that incident was real and yelled, ” It’s real! I almost died! I almost died!”

The 45-year-old has been in several relationships, but this one is a step ahead, since it involved his girlfriend almost killing him.

She stated that the breakup scarred her for a long time, and he was scared about posting pictures with Chigvintsev, and also about having children. However, she is way past those times, and is currently happily married to him, also has a child with him.
