John Cena expresses gratitude to the WWE Universe for making Fast X, a success

After the opening weekend collection of Cena’s recent film with DCEU came to the surface, the superstar thanked everyone. As per reports, Fast X, the tenth installment of the Fast & Furious franchise, earned the No. 1 spot at the box office this weekend, drawing $318 million in global sales in its first weekend.

As soon as this news surfaced, WWE congratulated Cena via a tweet. And referring to this tweet, the Fast X actor thanked the WWE Universe. In his beautiful message, Cena first highlighted his teachings from WWE that taught him the importance of fans. 

Following that, he paid his gratitude to all his wrestling fans who supported Fast X and made it the #1 movie in the world. 

He wrote, “My time in #WWE has made it clear that the fans are by far the most important piece of the puzzle. I want to thank the members of the @WWE Universe whose support of #FastX helped propel it to #1 in the world!”

This shows the immense love that John Cena has gathered over the years from his wrestling career. And now that same affection of fans for the superstar is helping him in excelling in his Hollywood career. However, Cena’s skill of perfectly capturing the attitude of fans also aided in the success of the movie.

Now, it remains to be seen if this 10th installment of the Fast series can surpass its previous movies from the franchise in the box office collection.
