Lately, the WWE superstars seem to be stricken by injuries one after another. First, it was Liv Morgan, and then Dakota Kai. The top superstars of the promotion are getting sidelined due to severe injuries. But in between these stressful days, Bayley, touched hearts with her unique tribute to her stablemate. 

In the May 12 edition of SmackDown, Liv Morgan, and Raquel Rodriguez defended the Women’s Tag Team Championships against Dakota Kai and her Damage CTRL cohort, Bayley. Unfortunately, in a shocking turn of events, the match resulted in two injuries. Morgan and Kai both got injured during the match. The Damage CTRL leader confirmed her stablemate’s injury, and a few days later she paid tribute to her.

As per the recent updates, while Morgan has suffered a torn rotator cuff, Kai has a torn ACL. But the latter’s condition is reportedly more severe. Taking note of that, fans have been showing their concern and sending prayers since the news of their injury surfaced.

Along with fans, Bayley also showed her love and admiration for Kai on the latest edition of Raw while battling in a four-way match pairing with IYO SKY against the tag teams of Sonya Deville & Chelsea Green, Raquel Rodriguez & Shotzi, and Ronda Rousey & Shayna Baszler. The clash was for the vacant Women’s tag team championship title that was eventually won by Baszler and Rousey.

During the entrance, Bayley struck Dakota Kai’s signature gesture on one knee. Not only this but a picture of her wearing a chain having Dakota Kai’s initials surfaced on the internet.

This beautiful picture speaks for itself, showing the love that the Damage CTRL leader has for her stablemate. Apart from Bayley, this week of WWE saw several other superstars paying tribute to WWE talents. One that received a reaction from Melina was Seth Rollins and Rhea Ripley’s tribute to her and Shawn Michaels’ famous spot.

However, similar to Bayley, fans are also awaiting to see when the injured superstars come back to the roster. But as per reports, it seems like this wait will be much longer than anyone would have anticipated.
