Roman Reigns Reacts To Statement By Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens and Roman fought a very intense battle. KO had mentioned on the go-home SmackDown before TLC that he would win the Universal Championship from Roman or “die trying.” Well, we can definitely say that Kevin Owens put on a hell of a performance. He showed the world why he’s called the ‘Prizefighter.’

Owens came close to retrieving the Universal Championship, but Jey Uso, despite all the beating from KO, managed to stop a few times. KO had the title in his grasp, but Roman Reigns pulled off his favorite move again – the low-blow. Reigns won the match and KO was left disappointed.

The ‘Prizefighter‘ took to Twitter after his brutal TLC match to issue a simple statement – Thank you! But the ‘Tribal Chief’ wasn’t going let KO get away without a burn.

What’s next for the ‘Tribal Chief?’

As we officially enter Royal Rumble season, one wonders what’s next for Roman Reigns? As of what we know, WWE has announced a Steel Cage Match between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens for this week’s episode of SmackDown. It seems like this match would mark the end of their rivalry, but who’s next?

Goldberg recently said that he wants to fight Roman Reigns. We all know both men were set to square off for the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 36, but Reigns pulled out due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now that Reigns is back and is stronger than ever, a match with Goldberg seems the next big thing in store for him. WWE does have a certain Superstar who they can push to the moon to challenge Roman Reigns, and that is Big E. Although that direction doesn’t seem to be on WWE’s plans. Let’s see what happens!
