WWE Superstar Kevin Owens made a shock return to NXT in 2019 at War Games. However, it turned out to be a one-night-only thing. Recently, he mentioned that his return to NXT was supposed to be a long run until Vince McMahon canceled it.

In a recent interview with talkSPORT, Owens revealed his NXT return plans. He said, “Before I did the War Games return, there were concrete plans for me to go back to NXT for an extended period before coming back to the main roster.
