O’Reilly came to the ring and talked about his match against Cole at TakeOver. He said he’s extremely happy after defeating Cole and revealed that he faced the toughest physical and personal test of his life. He then joked about the lights being too dim, only to realize he’s got his sunglasses on.

KOR continued and said he’s in a great mood as he has realized his worth. O’Reilly said, to succeed one must have a Killer Instinct, and he has finally found his killer instinct. He then wondered what his goals should be next. Should he go after the NXT North American Championship or the ultimate big prize, the NXT Championship?

Kyle O’Reilly quickly gave fans a hint of what’s next for him. He played around with his words and gave a time reference. He then said Karrion Kross is on his list. However, before he could continue, Cameron Grimes interrupted him! The interruption didn’t sit well with KOR, and he put him down with a right hand.

Kyle O’Reilly sends Cameron Grimes to the Moon!

Kyle O’Reilly and Cameron Grimes met in the main event of WWE NXT this week. Both men started off trading locks and blows, but O’Reilly took the upper hand. Both superstars exchanged the momentum, but KOR got the better of Grimes every time. After all, there is hardly anyone better than O’Reilly when it comes to technical wrestling and submissions.

Despite all the hardship, Cameron Grimes tried his level best to take down the former NXT Tag Team Champion. In the closing moments of the match, both men traded shots, before Grimes took O’Reilly down with a slingshot.

It looked like things were going in Grimes’ favor as he kicked KOR, but the ‘Martial Artist’ rebounded off the bottom rope and connected ‘The Caveman’ with a devastating clothesline. Without any delay, he followed it up with a brainbuster, and a knee drop from the top rope to seal the victory.
