The WWE Hall of Fame induction of The Undertaker has been a major topic of discussion in the pro wrestling world lately. Along with The Undertaker’s Hall of Fame induction announcement, WWE also released a video that included The Undertaker’s greatest WWE moments.

Recently, legendary commentator Jim Ross questioned WWE’s decision of not featuring him much in the video package despite doing commentary for most of The Undertaker’s memorable matches.

Jim Ross is himself a WWE Hall of Famer. He has done commentary in many WWE matches. Several people also refer to JR as the greatest wrestling commentator of all time.

During an episode of the Grilling JR podcast, Jim Ross addressed his dissatisfaction about his involvement in The Undertaker’s Hall of Fame video package.

He said, “Is the wrestling war that volatile that the guy that was the soundtrack of the biggest moments in Undertaker’s career is eliminated? Is that authentic or is it just being selfish or vindictive?”

Further, JR added, “It’s not like I left them high and dry somewhere or I didn’t do my job. It’s all optics and that’s not fair to the fans. Why wouldn’t the fans be interested or entertained by hearing a bite that I did live?” (H/T: WrestlingInc)

He also questioned if WWE will dub someone else’s voice in during The Undertaker’s famous Hell in a Cell moment with Mick Foley in 1998.

However, it is a special moment for ‘The Phenom’. And everyone, including JR, will look forward to his Hall of Fame speech.
