“As We All Know”: John Cena Saves Himself from Dwayne Johnson and Dave Bautista’s Wrath After Being Put in a Spot

Over the years, after Dwayne Johnson become a Hollywood actor, many other WWE superstars tried their luck in films. We can say the stars made their mark on the acting industry as stars like John Cena and Batista have become successful like The Rock and have been a part of many memorable movies.

Recently, 16-time world champion John Cena gave his opinion on who is the best actor among Dwayne Johnson and Batista. While appearing at Comic-Con Wales 2022, John Cena said, “I don’t know why there has to be any choice. I think they are both extremely talented and brilliant at what they do.”

He stated about The Rock, “Dwayne, as we all know, he’s in another bracket. He’s just crafted out of existence for himself that is once in a generation.”

Moreover, Cena had some major words for Batista, “And I think Dave is really, extremely underrated as an actor. I think he’s a wonderful character actor and he chooses his pieces very wisely and he always surprises and over-delivers with every performance. I think they both have their own lane and they both do what they do extremely well.”

Johnson left WWE in 2004 to pursue an acting career. A few years later, he achieved major success after appearing as Luke Hobbs in Fast Five. Dave Batista left WWE in 2010 and acted in a few movies. The Animal’s breakthrough role came as Drax the Destroyer in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

Both the former WWE Champions are having a brilliant career in Hollywood. Cena, who faced both in WWE for the top prize, is now following in their footsteps in giving blockbuster movies.

In the same interview, the host asked him how it feels after Dwayne Johnson passed him the torch in WWE and in Hollywood. Cena, in a confusing manner, replied, “I wasn’t aware that there was a torch involved. Could you be more specific with your question?”

The host asked how Cena feels after he is doing the same thing The Rock did, i.e., transitioning from a wrestler to a Hollywood actor.

The Cenation Leader said, “Is that what I’m doing? If that’s the case thanks for the one for the one guy who’s on my side. That’s a huge burden. I just want you to know that. WWE is appreciated the world over.”

Cena thanked the fans for supporting him for two decades in WWE and now showing their love for his Hollywood career. In the last he added as long as he is representing both industries, he will do his best to make the fans happy.
