On the topic of Johnson’s next appearance in WWE, WON has recently reported an update that we may not see a match between him and Reigns at EC this year. In fact, Dave Meltzer claimed that it would take place at WrestleMania 40 instead.

In the newsletter, Meltzer wrote, “Regarding the Reigns vs. Rock match, while I presume it’s WrestleMania (and could possibly be a three-way with Rhodes but I don’t think that will come out until many weeks from now), what we did have confirmed is the Australia rumors aren’t accurate.”

According to the same source, neither is “The Tribal Chief” scheduled to have an appearance on the PLE in Australia, nor there are any plans for him around that day.
