“My Fat A**” – Pat McAfee Hilariously Covers Up Botched Table Spot on WWE SmackDown

Tonight’s WWE SmackDown on FOX aired from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This was the last SmackDown before the WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view. The show featured the altercation between the Universal Champion Roman Reigns and his challenger, Finn Balor.

WWE had booked a one-on-one match between ‘The Tribal Chief’ Roman Reigns and Montez Ford. And It was obvious from the get-go that Reigns would emerge victorious.

However, it was one moment in the match when WWE color commentator Pat McAfee changed a botch into a hilarious comment.

Pat McAfee is a gem of a commentator

Now, the WWE Universe knows that ever since McAfee became a full-time commentator on WWE SmackDown alongside Michael Cole, he brings a lot more than just regular commentary.

And one of his most famous things is rocking with King Nakamura and Boogs during Nakamura’s electric entrance music. The crowd absolutely loves the view when Nakamura, McAfee, and Boogs get on top of the commentary table and let loose.

Earlier in the event, during the Intercontinental title match between Shinsuke Nakamura and Apollo Crews, Nakamura entered the ring alongside his friend Rick Boogs.

Nakamura defended his title against Crews in a decent match and, as usual, celebrated his victory with his guitarist and his exceptional theme song. However, listening to this, McAfee lost control and got up on the table and danced to celebrate the victory.

However, later in the evening, McAfee used his wits during a match between Roman Reigns and Montez Ford as part of the Bloodline vs The Private Party storyline, when both the wrestlers were outside.

Ford wanted to deliver a double axe handle move to Reigns and in order to do Ford set one foot on the announcer’s table and surprisingly the table collapsed.

However, McAfee hilariously said, “maybe it was my fat a*s earlier dancing on it”. This eased out the situation and the match went on.

Eventually, Reigns beat Ford dominantly to gather one last momentum before his match against Finn Balor this Sunday at Extreme Rules.
