Vince McMahon often maintains composure during interviews considering a lot of WWE’s image is banking on him. However, once in a while, he really wants to punch an interviewer or two because of their behaviour.
In 2001, HBO interrogator Bob Costas interviewed The Big Man. During the course of it, Costas constantly tried to shift the interview towards a direction which McMahon didn’t understand.
As a result, Vince McMahon became quite frustrated and wanted to pound him.

“Once we were doing the interview, he kept interrupting me and interrupting me, and bringing up topics that had nothing to do with what we were supposed to be talking about. He kept trying to do the ‘I gotcha’ kind of thing. It was clear he didn’t want to hear any of my answers.”
“I was sitting there really p***ed off and started thinking, I wish he wasn’t 5-feet high and 140 pounds. If he was 6-5 and 295, he would deserve to get the s*** beat out of him. I could have really given them some great television.” H/t The Sun

Undoubtedly, this was Bob Costas’ lucky day. Let’s not forget that Vince McMahon is a trained pro-wrestler.

Even with The Montreal Screwjob, Vince McMahon reached out to Bret Hart, and was the first one to call Hart when he was admitted to the hospital. The Big Man ensured to make the attempt to resolve the differences between The Hitman and himself.
Another example is Roman Reigns. The Big Man knows about The Tribal Chief’s on-going health issues. As a result, he ensured Reigns travels back and forth from overseas locations in a private jet.
