Nikki Bella Admits Having Major Anxiety Issues for This Reason Despite Staying With Her Sister Brie

The WWE world misses the Bella Twins ever since they announced their retirement. There have been many chapters that unfolded in front of the fans. Nikki Bella’s wedding vows are one of them. The wrestler got married to a Russian professional dancer, Artem Chigvintsev, in 2022. Bella made sure to document her special moment and broadcast it to her fans.

In one of the episodes of ‘Nikki Bella Says I Do’, fans got a throwback look into the pre-married life of the couple. This time around, the former wrestler was overwhelmed with the responsibility of planning her own wedding. Although she had her twin sister by her side, one thought left her anxious.

A look inside Nikki Bella’s mind

As the wedding grew near, Artem was eager to see his parents more than ever. The original plan was for him to go and meet them along with his baby Matteo. All this would happen while Nikki Bella stays back in Paris without her child. Despite the pre-planning, the former wrestler was met with inevitable anxiety concerning the kid. 

The Beautiful Bomber did not want Artem to leave the place since she did not want to be separated from her infant. The situation itself was nerve-wracking and the thought worried her even more. She had to make her peace with the situation as her husband comforted her while leaving. Even though Brie Bella was going to be there to support her sister, it wasn’t enough for Nikki.

However, things were not going the smoothest of ways for the couple, either.

Since the original plan was for Artem to visit his parents in Turkey while The Bella Twins stay back in Paris to plan the wedding, he insisted on keeping it that way. However, the mother was resistant. The argument took place because of a misunderstanding. Nikki explained, “Artem was taking it as though I don’t want him to go or see his parents, and it’s not any of that.”

She further explained that she had been worried sick about Matteo leaving for a whole different country without her. Although his father and nanny were going to be there to keep him safe, the former wrestler couldn’t help her thoughts. This separation anxiety was later understood and acknowledged by Artem. The duo proved that wrestlers can find their perfect match even without having to marry their co-workers.

The husband then assured her about the protection Matteo will be in. Following the events, the wedding was successful, and the family has been preserved well by their guardian angels every day since.
