NXT is the breeding ground for the superstars of the future in WWE. In fact, it was NXT that laid the foundation stone of the women’s revolution in WWE. Over the years, the who’s who of the WWE Women’s division, such as Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, etc, have made their initial mark on NXT. One such superstar is Indi Hartwell.

The former NXT Women’s Tag Team Champion is one of the brightest prospects in NXT today. She has everything from the size and strength to the character work it takes to be the next top superstar. Although, she calls NXT her home today, it won’t be the case for long.

Indi Hartwell wants Sasha Banks and Bayley at WWE WrestleMania

In an interview with Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful.com, Indi spoke about many of her iconic moments in NXT. She also talked about her on stage wedding with Dexter Lumis. However, what really perked our ears is the part where ‘Impressive’ Indi talked about her WrestleMania dream matches.

Indi Hartwell shared about her dream match in WWE, which she is waiting for. A triple threat match between “The Boss” Sasha Banks, “The Role Model” Bayley and Indi Hartwell at WrestleMania is her dream match. She said-

“I’m gonna have to cheat this answer and say a triple threat match with Sasha [Banks] and Bayley. Two for one, so I don’t have to pick just one opponent. I have a ton of dream matches and that question comes up a lot, so I give different answers, but today that is my answer.”

Many women superstars have been promoted from NXT to the main roster. The most infamous being the four horsewomen – Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Sasha Banks and Bayley. Since their debut on the main roster, they have uplifted the women’s division and are part of WWE’s success and fame.

While all the four horsewomen are held in high regard, Indi Hartwell has a special place for the ‘Boss’ and the ‘Role Model‘ in her heart. During a Twitter Q&A a few years ago, Hartwell revealed that Sasha Banks and Bayley were her biggest inspirations to become a pro wrestler.

Many other women superstars dream to wrestle against their role models, but only a few actually make it happen. While Banks, Bayley, and even Charlotte, Becky have been a dream match for many NXT superstars, Indi Hartwell might just have a better chance at battling them considering the great total package that she is.

Will Indi Hartwell move to Raw or SmackDown?

Indi Hartwell has only showed a fraction of what she can bring to the table on NXT. Her recent program with Dexter Lumis, that concluded with their marriage was one of the greatest programs in WWE history. However, except for it, Hartwell is yet to achieve a lot on NXT.

So, while it may seem the best decision would be to call Indi Hartwell on the main roster, WWE is waiting it out with her by giving her some experience under her belt on NXT.

Either way, it’s only a matter of time until Indi Hartwell shows up on the main roster and squares up against her role models such as Sasha Banks, Bayley and more!
