Paul Heyman Issues a Sincere Apology to Kayla Braxton on WWE Talking Smack

Paul Heyman apologized to Kayla Braxton on behalf of Roman Reigns for the actions of Kevin Owens in an exclusive Talking Smack interview. No one else could have delivered this apology as smoothly as Heyman, even though Roman Reigns may not have been entirely guilt-free.
According to Heyman, Kevin Owens put Kayla Braxton in a violent situation, and this is something a gentleman would never do.

“You’re owed an apology, a sincere one. A profound apology. What happened on SmackDown, you inside the ring was wrong. You were put in a situation that you should have been in as a journalist.”
This was sincere until Heyman took it one level up by attacking Kevin Owens and his upbringing.
“I apologize to you on behalf of Roman Reigns for the actions of Kevin Owens. Kevin Owens put you in that situation was the most unprofessional act I have seen on SmackDown in a long, long time. Its why Kevin Owens should never be the universal heavyweight champion. Obviously, Kevin Owens’ mother did not raise a gentleman. Your tribal chief, the head of the table, the best of the best, your universal champion, Roman Reigns, we always talk about his father, Sika, the Hall of Famer. Roman Reigns’ mother raised a gentleman. Kevin Owens’ mother raised a misogynist, a sexist, and a savage.”
This was a below-the-belt attack which will not be well-received by Kevin Owens. He is yet to respond to this matter.

The incident that led to Paul Heyman apologizing to Kayla Braxton
In the WWE SmackDown episode of December 4, 2020, Roman Reigns belittled Kayla Braxton when she asked if Jey Uso or he was hesitating to face Kevin Owens. Additionally, he affirmed that there is only one head of the table, and he is not afraid of anyone.

During this time Kevin Owens entered the ring to directly converse with ‘The Tribal Chief’. He offered him the opportunity to go toe-to-toe immediately or in a match at the upcoming WWE TLC. Reigns accepted the challenge but refused to do it at that moment as he was a gentleman.
If apologies are in play, then it seems as if Kayla Braxton deserves an apology from Roman Reigns. He did belittle her when all she was doing was her job.
