But among all the news, many rumors and fake news has circled around as well. Talking about James Gunn firing every DC superhero in this new era to Johnson taking over the DCEU direction. There was genuine news that Johnson’s marketing of Cavill’s Superman was not appreciated by the new heads of the DCEU, too.
Could this mean that Johnson has to confirm his match against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39 as a way to gain public trust again? But according to another source, there is some news about Johnson and Black Adam as well.

So what is the newest update about Black Adam? What does Dwayne Johnson’s future in the superhero sphere look like in the coming years? There’s no clear picture yet, however, here’s some new turn on it.
Fans rally against Dwayne Johnson after his major decision about The Flash movie
Recently, when Umberto Gonzalez, a film critic, revealed in a tweet that Johnson’s production company’s president, Hiram Garcia was asked if Black Adam could do a Black Adam cameo. And the president politely declined the idea. But take this information with a grain of salt, as Gonzalez has mentioned no source at all about this news. Being a legacy Twitter verified account, we can at least entertain this news. Anyhow, the fans are all out rioting after hearing about this pitch.
Oooofff…they were really pinning for Black Adam to be the lead of the DCEU… A D-list character that 99% of the world has no idea about and they were pushing popularity as if he was the Joker, Lex Luthor and Superman all rolled in one

Johnson did think that Black Adam would pop off like Superman or Batman after his theatrical release, but the end product was different.
The drama around Black Adam is a 1000x better than the movie itself pic.twitter.com/62ut3hLs1U

The constant news about Black Adam after its release keeps the movie relevant in the mainstream.
Damn once again that ego got in the way of letting this character get known, wasn’t one of the problems was that nobody knew too much about Black Adam 🤦🏾♂️

A cameo of Black Adam would have helped the movie and the character itself and they missed the chance for nuance.
#BlackAdam as a Character SUCKS and especially the portrayal by @TheRock sucked even more. What would have made the old execs think that BA could be the center piece. Thanks to @JamesGunn for having the brains to move past this Black Adam crap.

This fan just plainly doesn’t like Black Adam and Johnson.
I am HAPPY this didn't happen. DJ would have made this small cameo ALL about him — instead of Ezra finally getting a solo movie and Keaton's return. Could you have imagined the interviews? The bluster? The bulls#$ coming out of his mouth?

Knowing Johnson, his aura would have overcrowded this already-packed movie, so it might have been a great idea to not involve himself in this movie.
One fan had a critical opinion to share about DJ’s decision about the cameo and wrote that he would pray for his downfall.
what a fucking idiot 😂😂 I pray for his downfall. maybe this will take his ego down a peg. I’m starting to think that maybe Vin and Tyrese were right about that motherfucker

Many people are pointing about The Rock wants to make everything about himself. But from previous movie appearances, we know that it isn’t the case at all.
