If there was the best rivalry in the WWE PG Era, then it would be between John Cena and Randy Orton. John Cena and Randy Orton have delivered impeccable performances for over two decades. So, it is hard to judge Cena’s and Orton’s wrestling careers without mentioning them together.

However, no matter how The Champ and The Legend Killer have beaten each other to death inside the ring, off-screen, they share a special bond. A strong bond that defines a bromance between Cena and Orton.

On the latest episode of the Wives of Wrestling podcast, Randy Orton’s wife, Kim Orton, had an interesting bit, a heartwarming gesture by John Cena.

What were Kim Orton and Randy Orton curious about?

During the Wives of Wrestling podcast, Kim Orton also agreed that John Cena is one of Orton’s closest friends. Mrs. Orton added that The Champ and The Viper share every thing that happens in their respective lives with eachother.

“Randy doesn’t have many close people, but John [Cena] is one of them. And anytime any one of them do anything, they are always like reaching out to each other,” Kim Orton mentioned.

Earlier this month, Mark Calway, aka The Undertaker, became a WWE Hall of Famer. Taker committed himself to pro wrestling and the WWE Universe for over three decades. Finally, WWE boss Vince McMahon inducted his favorite guy, The Phenom, at the 2022 Class of Hall of fame.

Since Undertaker was inducted by his dearest Vince McMahon into the Hall of Fame, Orton’s wife had the same concern about her husband.

So, on that occasion, Randy Orton and Kim Orton discussed who would induct The Viper into the Hall of Fame. The couple agreed if someone had to pay honor to The Legend Killer’s WWE career, it should be John Cena.

According to Kim Orton, TMZ spotted The Apex Predator of WWE and asked him the same question. Randy Orton cheekily adressed Cena, saying that if he had some time off from Hollywood, he should attend his Hall of Fame ceremony.

Kim Orton later opened that the 16-time WWE Champion John Cena dropped a message to Orton.

“John texted him [Randy] a couple of days later and goes, ‘If I was on Mars, I’d make sure that I would be there for that for my friend,'” Kim Orton said.

The Champ fired back at Randy Orton’s mockery to side with him. Cena messaged Orton that if his Hall of Fame ceremony was out of this world he’d still be there for him. This particular gesture of the Hollywood Megastar surprised The Viper’s wife.
