The sword has hit the grass, and Bianca Belair named her pick to challenge at WrestleMania on the latest episode of Friday Night SmackDown. This would be none other than SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks.

‘The EST of WWE’ has chosen the biggest opponent she could possibly choose and has set the peak of her incredible journey through the ranks of WWE. However, many question why she chose Banks instead of Raw Women’s Champion Asuka.

On the latest edition of Talking Smack, Bianca Belair revealed the real reason she chose ‘The Boss’ and not Asuka.

As you can see in the video embedded above, Bianca wants the showdown to be the first-ever to feature two African American Superstars fighting it out for the Championship.

Although she does respect Asuka as a competitor and a Champion, she feels the signs are pointing towards Sasha Banks, who is the biggest crown to humble in her eyes.

The SmackDown Women’s Champion has been absolutely flawless lately and is the best of the Women’s Division. She marked her peak in 2020, winning all 3 Championships in the division in a year, becoming the first to do so.

After winning her title from Bayley at Hell in a Cell 2020, she has been on her throne. Carmella’s failed attempts at clinching the belt only added to Banks’ credibility as a defender, and only Bianca is capable of overthrowing Banks.

‘The EST of WWE’ has made her intentions very clear. She is determined to walk out of WrestleMania as Champion and will do whatever it takes to get there.
