Fans Hilariously React to Otis’ Bizarre New Look on WWE SmackDown
A lot of things happened on Friday Night SmackDown, with a major altercation between Roman Reigns and the Mysterio and a match being confirmed between Rey Mysterio and the WWE Universal Champion for Hell in a Cell. However, the talk of the WWE Universe was far from this but focused on none other than Otis.
The former Money in the Bank winner showed up alongside Gable on SmackDown normally. However, something was missing. Otis had come clean-shaved, ad the iconic beard was now gone!

Fans gasped at this new look and immediately began trolling Otis on social media. The WWE Universe blew up, comparing the Superstar to the Francis from Pee Wee’s Big Adventure (1985). The jokes went on as his appearances aired, and although fans welcome the change, it was an unexpected sight.

Needless to say, the clean fresh look did not change Otis’ style in any way. He went on to decimate The Street Profits and took out Angelo Dawkins backstage. He then went on to assault Montez Ford as well, who was in a match with Gable.

Sensing Gable was on the verge of a defeat, Otis interfered and brutalized Ford. He finished making the statement by delivering a huge Vader Bomb on the downed rival, establishing his and Gable’s position in their feud.

Montez Ford suffered an injury during the assault from Otis
Following the show, WWE even confirmed that Montez Ford had suffered a partially fractured rib and was in a local medical center for treatment. We do not know for how long WWE is planning to keep him out for recovery, but we did get to see a big side of Otis.

After his split from Tucker, with whom he worked for years, WWE has paired Otis with Gable. The two make a very good team and call themselves Alpha Academy. So far, they haven’t been rewarded with Tag Team gold yet, but we may soon see them challenging for it.

Although Otis may be the powerhouse, one must not overlook the athletic capabilities of Gable, who is known to beat stars bigger than him on numerous occasions. The fresh look on Otis means nothing to his wrestling style and goal.

We could see a lot more of Otis over the next few weeks- and if all things pan out, even a tag team championship for the two.
Sad to see Otis's beard get future endeavored like that. Damn those budget cuts! #SmackDown #WWE pic.twitter.com/m28NmneZjc
