Former WCW Superstar Strongly Believes Brock Lesnar Will Make His WWE Return at Royal Rumble 2021

Brock Lesnar has been out for more than a while now.  Ever since his loss t0 Drew McIntyre last year at WrestleMania, ‘The Beast Incarnate’ has not been seen in the WWE ring. 

With the Royal Rumble coming, fans are going wild with speculations on who will show hip at the event. every year there is a shocking return and a big surprise. Now that fans know Edge isn’t going to be the surprise show-up, everyone looks towards Lesnar.

Former WCW Superstar P.N. News also shares the same belief. In a recent interview with SK Wrestling, News revealed that he thinks Brock should make the big comeback at Royal Rumble.

“Wouldn’t that be something! He’s been coming around quite a bit, hasn’t he? I think he’ll make his comeback again,” said News.

Brock Lesnar is known to be a big card player and is the highest name Vince McMahon can pull out of his shuffle. With Roman Reigns running unchallenged in SmackDown, Brock may see a reason for his return.

Brock Lesnar can pull Raw up in ratings

However, there may be plans to send ‘The Beast Incarnate’ to the red brand instead. Raw has suffered in viewership and cannot keep itself above the 2 million mark.

The drop in quality of content has driven viewers away. The draft didn’t really help the show even though several new names were introduced.

A big name like Brock Lesnar will surely do good for the show. His presence is capable of single-handily drawing in the viewers and a feud between him and Drew McIntyre would certainly meet the liking of fans.

Roman Reigns seems like a bigger target for ‘The Beast Incarnate’

If Brock does return and win the Rumble, he may just elect to challenge Roman Reigns. The reason behind this is that Lesnar has too much connecting him with Roman right now. 

Apart from their bloody history in the ring, ‘The Tribal Chief’ is now the most dominant Superstar in WWE- a distinction once held by Lesnar. Furthermore, Reigns is managed by Paul Heyman who was the loyal manager of Brock Lesnar!

There are a lot of cues for Brock to challenge Roman Reigns for his title, and that may just be the way he inclines.
