Paul Heyman has had quite a career in the professional wrestling business. Throughout the decades, he has managed Championship winners like Rick Rude, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Kurt Angle, and now even Roman Reigns. Although, his most successful client is undoubtedly Brock Lesnar.

Ever since his loss to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania, “The Beast Incarnate” has not been seen in the WWE ring. Considering the fact that WrestleMania was in April, Lesnar hasn’t competed for 8 months now.

In a recent interview with Ariel Helwani of ESPN, Paul Heyman provided us with valuable updates on the former WWE Champions’ current occupation.

“It depends on if there’s a worthy challenger and enough box office appeal,” said Heyman. “Right now, he’s very happy being a farmer and a magnificent father to his children.”

“However, if there’s something that WWE can offer that intrigues, motivates, or inspires Lesnar, and if the money is right and the business is solid, I’m sure he would be willing to do it,” he added.

Brock Lesnar if officially a free agent as of now. His contract with WWE expired in August, and there was no talk of any renewal or new contract.

This deeply concerned fans, who were shocked at the fact that Lesnar would no longer be with WWE. However, Heyman assured fans that things can change instantly.

Brock Lesnar could return if an offer interests him

He points to the fact that Lesnar could be convinced to join back if the offer is tempting.

“At this moment, it [a comeback] hasn’t happened because it [a worthy offer] isn’t there,” explained Heyman. “Again, the world changes with the snap of a finger.”

“It could be tomorrow when Lesnar says, ‘Oh, that intrigues me’. Again, it’s not just a soundbite, but Brock Lesnar does what Brock Lesnar wants to do.”

WWE has probably decided to stay away from Brock Lesnar due to his immense paycheck. The company had to make a lot of pay cuts over the year to deal with the loss of revenue brought on by the pandemic.

Bringing in Brock Lesnar with a huge amount of cash is the last thing the company needs right now. Lesnar is, of course, one of the biggest names in the business and is a high-value figure.

“The Beast Incarnate” will have to sit out a while more. He is enjoying his time away from the business with his wife and children, and we may have to wait a few more months before seeing him again.
