Earlier today, WWE’s rebellious faction Retribution took over the company’s Twitter account. This was a huge eye-opener for fans as the masked villains delivered one of the finest promos.
Mustafa Ali kicked things off with a simple explanation of things to come. We heard the stories of each of the Retribution members as they revealed the reason for their rebellion.
Dude, this RETRIBUTION promo needs to air on TV ASAP!!!
The group finally pointing out their specific reasons for joining based on their WWE past is key.
MACE on Brock, Reckoning on why she turned, T-Bar on Keith/Triple H. All important.

The entire thing got fans on the same page as the faction that seems to have had an underwhelming effect so far. Constantly being portrayed as weak, Retribution has been down in the doldrums.
However, after this promo, there seems to be a high possibility of a Retribution take over. Mustafa Ali has escalated things to the next level, and we could see an increased involvement of the faction on shows.
Don’t let 24 hours separate you from the Truth. @WWE’s fleets tell our story. Don’t let them take that away from you.

There is a big possibility now that Mustafa Ali will lead his team of rebels into Survivor Series which is set to have a series of mouth-watering clashes.
Retribution may finally show up at a major PPV
Retribution has constantly been criticized for not showing up at major PPVs. The damage done would be comparatively bigger if the faction raided a PPV. Yet, they prefer sticking to shows.

Retribution managed to defeat Team Raw on the latest episode of the show and has the confidence now. We could see them interfering in the Raw vs SmackDown classic team match.
This would make the most sense since they can establish their dominion over both brands at once. It’s the perfect opportunity for Ali and he will undoubtedly take it.
Are you listening now? @wwe

Now that fans have an idea of what Retribution is all about with a much more defined backstory, WWE can build on the faction easily. So far, it has been difficult getting behind the forced idea.
