Phenomenal! AJ Styles Stuns WWE Universe With a Modified Finisher on Ricochet

January 19, 2021 9:18 am

AJ Styles and Ricochet took the house down with an acrobatic performance on the latest episode of Monday Night Raw. The match was filled with counter-after-counter, which made it a joy to watch.

Ricochet attempted to humble Styles, who was sitting on the high horse he calls Omos, and wanted to pull off the upset victory. However, ‘The Phenomenal One’ had other plans.

Styles used the help of his bodyguard to curb the momentum of Ricochet, even saving his client from an attack. Styles also used his experience to counter everything that the unpredictable Ricochet had planned for him.

One of the best executions came when Ricochet tried another one of his rope flips and tried to catch Styles off guard, but stepped right into the trap.

The former WWE Champion caught Ricochet on the jump and immediately countered into a devastating Styles clash to secure the win.

The move was perfectly executed, which proves just how good Styles and Ricochet are at what they do. ‘The Phenomenal One’ pinned his opponent for the victory showed him who’s boss.

AJ Styles is having the time of his life on Raw

AJ Styles has been running rampant on Raw. With a towering guard, Styles can work on any Superstar without fears of interference. Omos sometimes interferes in matches, saving Styles from imminent danger.

WWE’s role for Omas is unknown, but there may be something big in store for the giant. Perhaps someday he may turn on Styles to become his own man.

For now, Styles can enjoy his run and build on his hot streak on Monday Nights which began when he led Team Raw to Survivor Series victory.

Ricochet was just an obstacle to his overall journey. Styles is trying to win the WWE Championship again and wants to attract the attention of Drew McIntyre. If all goes well, he may just achieve that goal.
