Bayley Does Not Want To “Replicate Any Bray Wyatt Stories” in Potential Feud With Alexa Bliss

Bayley has been a shadow of her dominant self this year. She has stuggled to find herself in the biggest feuds for want of proper booking. While most big names like Sasha Banks, Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, Asuka, and Rhea Ripley are already occupied with feuds, options are slim for the former SmackDown Women’s Champion.

While thinking of feuds that could give her a push back to the top, Alexa Bliss is an intriguing name, who is currently in a world of her own on Raw.

Building off of her role with The Fiend, Bliss has now morphed into an evil character with supernatural powers. However, Bayley does have her ground rules if she was placed in a feud with her.

“It’s cool. I just wouldn’t want to replicate any Bray Wyatt stories,” she said, speaking to New York Post. “So if I were to be in a story with her or go into something with her I would stress myself out trying to make it different in some way.”

The Fiend is a storyline that Randy Orton managed to get out of as it dramatically lost steam and fell out of favor with the fans. Getting into something like that with Alexa Bliss would seem undesirable, especially since Bayley needs a sure-fire shot rather than experimenting at this point.

Bayley lauds Alexa Bliss’ huge persona change in WWE

Alexa Bliss has certainly changed a lot from her time as ‘The Goddess’ and top heel of the Women’s Division. Her role is currently a bit odd and the WWE Universe has mixed feelings about it, but she manages to do her job to perfection every week on Raw.

“It’s cool to see her do something like that because I remember when she first came to NXT, when she first got signed to FCW and I’m like, oh this little girl’s pretty athletic and she’s like I did this, this and this. She wore sparkles and spit out pixy dust. She’s a complete 180 on what he is now,” Bayley said.

Fans urged WWE to bring Bliss back to her original persona and ditch the supernatural storyline that has more than run its course. However, it doesn’t seem as if she will be out of this anytime soon since WWE is building her towards something else.

However, this doesn’t stop her from pulling off this role to perfection.
