Edge made his fairytale return to WWE last year at Royal Rumble and defied the odds stacked against him to continue his WWE career, making an unexpected recovery from a fatal neck injury that had supposedly ended his career back in 2011.

Now a 48-year old man, fans didn’t expect Edge to deliver on the same intensity as he used to in his prime, but ‘The Rated-R Superstar’ shocked the world with his agility, which looked like it hadn’t even aged a day.

Apart from that, the WWE Universe was awestruck by the definition in his body, that actually looked better than how it was a decade ago. Edge now had a visible six-pack and was in the best shape of his life.

For months, fans have been seeking Edge’s workout routine and finishing out just how he keeps himself in such great shape at an age where working out intensely can prove to be a task.

‘The Ultimate Opportunist’ laid these questions to rest as he finally dropped his coveted diet, which he claims is what he follows to keep in shape. The video, launched by Men’s Health on YouTube, definitely answered thousands of questions.

Edge does not cheat on his strict diet

‘The Rated-R Superstar’ doesn’t compromise on his diet and cuts down a lot on carbs. He has one meal that’s rich in carbs so it keeps him full for long workouts. Unlike most others, he has a healthy substitute for a midnight snack as well.

Edge has accomplished a lot this year and even won the Royal Rumble from the #1 spot. He was a favorite heading into WrestleMania 37 but his luck didn’t last the night as he was mowed down by Roman Reigns towards the end of the fight.
