Speaking about his time with Lesnar in Japan, Kurt revealed that while Brock was the IWGP champion in Japan, Lesnar called him suddenly and invited him to come over to Japan to wrestle him.

He said, “Well, he called me out of blue. I guess he didn’t want to do a job for anybody over in Japan. He was a IWGP Champion.”

“Brock wanted me to cover to Japan to wrestle him. So he could lose to me and I would end up losing to somebody over in Japan… We were good friends, very close and if he wanted me to come over and do that for him, I was willing to do it,” Kurt added.

Kurt also claimed that he heard they stripped Brock of his title in Japan. But the WWE legend did not agree with it because he beat Lesnar for that title.
