Renee Young Taunts Vince McMahon Over His Stance on WWE Superstars and Third Party Deals

WWE has released a new controversial order. This order, accompanied by a letter from Vince McMahon, stated that all WWE personnel must severe their ties with third-party apps. Former WWE employee Renee Young (now Paquette) had a fitting reply to the order.
The controversial letter of Vince McMahon
Last Thursday, Vince sent a letter to the WWE locker room describing his expectations. The letter said –

“Some of you are engaged with outside third parties using your name and likeness in ways that are detrimental to our company,” McMahon wrote. “It is imperative that these activities be terminated within the next 30 days (by Friday, October 2). Continued violations will result in fines, suspension, or termination at WWE’s discretion.”

WWE expects its Superstars to cut off ties with apps like Twitch and Cameo within 30 days. WWE cites “leaking of sensitive information” and “the next phase of growth at WWE” as the primary reasons for this decision. Despite being “independent contractors,” WWE owns the rights to the ring names and also the real names of Superstars.
Renee Young gives a fitting reply
WWE alumni Renee Young had a fitting (read mocking) reply to Vince’s statement. Young took to Twitter to announce that she is now considering signing up for third-party apps as she is no longer with WWE. Renee Young left the company last month after WWE SummerSlam.

The WWE Universe is not happy with this decision. This will cut down on many wrestlers’ income. It will also derive the fans from getting an insight into their favorite Superstars’ lives.
The mid-carders will be the most affected. Superstars like Big E, Xavier Woods, Lana, and Paige have a massive following on the apps mentioned.
