Mami seems to be all psyched up ahead of the big challenger match at Raw tonight. Raquel Rodriguez has been vying for the coveted WWE Woman’s Champion title for a while. After the futile effort to take down Ripley at Payback last week, the former NXT Champion seems to be more frantic than ever to snatch the belt from her opponent.

While Rodriguez is wise enough to play upon the chance of Dominik not being able to stand by his on-screen sweetheart this time around, she is still heading into the bout as a clear underdog. On the flip side, The Eradicator’s scorning message to Rodriguez speaks clearly about how brass-necked she is in her own shoes.

Ripley teases Rodriguez with a peculiar nickname prior to the big fight 

Despite being good friends in real life, both the present pioneers of the WWE’s current women’s roster have been exchanging heat toward each other for weeks.

From trading barbs on screen to swapping death stares backstage, the tremendous build-up between the two Raw gems has caught a lot of eyeballs lately. But their booking as rivals didn’t come out of the blue. The air of animosity between them has been brewing since their time together in NXT. Now, taking it to the main roster since SummerSlam 2023, it will be compelling to see where the duo has the potential to reach in terms of their rekindled clash.

Adding to the tension, The Judgment Day star issued a low-key warning to Rodriguez with a bizarre nickname ahead of their high-voltage encounter.

The Eradicator addressed Rodriguez as Pendeja on X (formerly Twitter) and threatened to level her at Raw tomorrow. The tweet reads, ”See you tomorrow Pendeja 😈 #WWERAW #MondayNightMAMI.”

However, this is not the first time the two frenemies have given each other some hilarious nicknames.

The current storyline might make it a bit difficult for fans to imagine the off-screen camaraderie between the two top Raw female stars. But that doesn’t, however, nullify their bond at all. Looking back to the old good days, there came a picture from Ripley’s Instagram memory book that features three stars – Ripley, Rodriguez, and Mace goofing off. The caption reveals The Judgment Day star as ‘Aussie Koala’ as the Australian was seen mimicking the animal. With Texas-born Rodriguez, she has been referred to as the ‘Texas Armadillo’ in the picture.

However, as of now, the chemistry between them has taken a complete U-turn and hence, there is a world of difference between the two.
