Hell in a Cell is in a couple of weeks, and WWE has confirmed only two matches on the card. Speculation about the rest of the card has gotten fans excited, and we might see some first-time matches unfold as well. This is the potential match card for Hell in a Cell.

Matches confirmed for Hell in a Cell

Bobby Lashley will defend the WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre in a Hell in a Cell match. The All Mighty added a daunting stipulation to the match, that if McIntyre loses, he can never challenge for the WWE Title as long as Lashley is champion.

McIntyre enters his second Hell in a Cell match, with his first one ending in bitter disappointment. Will the loss to Randy Orton last year cause him to stumble in his most daunting challenge yet?

Rhea Ripley will defend her Raw Women’s Championship at the PPV against Charlotte Flair. This is the first time these two women will meet in singles action since their WrestleMania 36 classic. Will the Queen repeat the feat or will Ripley conquer her toughest challenge?

Finally, Bayley will challenge Bianca Belair for the SmackDown Women’s Championship. After their Backlash match ended controversially, Bayley chided at Belair’s inability to beat her clean. Hence, Belair wants to shut Bayley up before she moves on to something bigger (and probably Bossier) at SummerSlam.

Roman Reigns vs Rey Mysterio: Universal Championship match

On SmackDown, Roman Reigns destroyed Rey and Dominik Mysterio after they almost beat the Usos for the second time. To spare his family from more shame, Reigns took matters into his own hands, but costed his cousins a chance at winning.

Coming out of that segment, the obvious choice for Reigns’ opponent at Hell in a Cell is Rey Mysterio. Mysterio is one man Reigns hasn’t faced in singles competition, and they’ve only met in multi-man situations. With a decent build, Mysterio vs Reigns will tear the house down at Hell in a Cell.

Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn: Hell in a Cell match

The rivalry that never ends; Kevin Owens are Sami Zayn have rekindled their rivalry in 2021. At WrestleMania, we saw Owens beat Zayn and then deliver a stunner to Logan Paul. That moment broke the internet, but it stole the spotlight from a stunning KO vs Zayn match.

At Hell in a Cell, they could put on another barnburner that would blow their WrestleMania match out of the water. Without Logan Paul being a distraction to this feud, Zayn and Owens can assemble a PPV classic that will put every other Hell in a Cell match to shame.

Sheamus vs Ricochet vs Humberto Carrillo: US Title match

The Celtic Warrior channeled his inner Cody Rhodes and sported a protective face mask on Raw. There’s something about that mask that added another layer of heel to an already incredible heel like Sheamus. And now he has two valiant babyfaces chasing him for his championship.

Carrillo is great, but he’s no match for Ricochet. The modern-day human highlight reel is a scintillating performer, and he pushes the boundaries of WWE’s boring, safe style. As for Sheamus, he simply can’t have a poor match with anyone. If this match goes down, expect it to be a thriller.

Team RK-Bro vs The New Day

Randy Orton and Matt Riddle have gone from being an oddball team to the best part of Raw. Consistently, Orton and Riddle have been part of the best segments of the show, best matches and are the best team on Raw currently.

WWE worked their magic by pitching them opposite the New Day, the most dominant team in WWE right now. Going over the New Day puts them in pole position for a title shot. However, there’s always room for controversy, especially with MVP whispering in Kofi’s ear.
