Sasha Banks Looks Upon Her Eleven Incredible Years in WWE

The women’s division in WWE has come a long way. From only getting 4-5 minute matches to main eventing WrestleMania, the women of WWE have reached new heights. The credit goes to every woman who has set foot in the ring. They are an inspiration to millions of young girls. Former WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks falls in the same category.
In June of 2012, Banks participated in the WWE tryout camp. Following her selection, she made her TV debut on NXT in December 2012. However, her debut match was a loss against Paige. From there to the main event of ‘The Grandest Stage of All’, her journey truly peaked.

It has been 11 surreal years of her wrestling career and it doesn’t look like it will stop anytime soon. Banks even took to Twitter to celebrate her achievement with her fans.

Sasha Banks had the greatest women’s match of all time
The Boss has delivered many memorable matches in her career. But which match does she think is the best? Speaking on the “Just Women’s Sports” podcast, Banks declared that her NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn match with Bayley was the greatest match ever.
We’re at TakeOver: Brooklyn, the first time out of Florida and NXT is in front of a large-scale audience. I wanted to show them; first of all, we should have been the main event. Second of all, I wanted to make sure they remembered this match for the rest of their lives.”
