Sasha Banks’ Unprofessional’ Comments on Infamous WWE Exit Gets Backlash From Fans: “She Just Can’t Stand Competition”

The controversial departure of Sasha Banks has always raised uncountable questions both about the wrestling star and the promotion. However, she had made things quite clear previously, revealing why she left WWE. But because of her constant need for attention, she attracted eyes again, giving out an ‘unprofessional’ remark on her infamous WWE exit. 

Since Banks declared her departure from the Stamford-based promotion and her joining hands with NJPW, fans have been in splits. Some of them supported the decision while others lambasted her. Recently, Mercedes Mone received a similar reaction after her latest controversial statement.

Sasha Banks says “she needed a change” reminiscing about her WWE journey

In one of her recent interviews, The Boss opened her heart, speaking about how she felt working in WWE for almost a decade.

She said, “I’d been in WWE for almost 10 years. I had to have a change. I had to feel something different in my heart and my soul.”

These candid thoughts that Miss Mercedes shared in the public domain might be a usual statement for her, but definitely not for the wrestling fans over the internet. They took it quite personally as it involved WWE and it’s no secret that fans are attached to the promotion.

Fans thought of this as an unprofessional statement getting used by the 31-year-old as an excuse. Therefore, the army of fans took the internet by storm as they expressed their opinions on it over Twitter. 

The WWE Universe got annoyed at Mercedes Moné for her recent statement

As soon as fans got to know what Banks said about her 10 years of journey with WWE, they couldn’t resist but get annoyed at her. Not only did they give out their extreme opinions on it but also showered some reasonable questions on her. 

One catchy comment that pointed a question at the former WWE Women’s Triple Crown Champion was why she left in the middle of a title run. It seems like this must be answered by the NJPW star.

Some of the other fans commented straight away on her attitude and tantrum. 

A fan also highlighted how every wrestler makes such statements after leaving the roster. 

One wrestling fan didn’t hold back from stating that Banks’ heart was never with WWE.

The words of the current IWGP Women’s Champion triggered fans to an extent that they asked her to acquire professional knowledge from Daniel Bryan and Cesaro as they also left the roster but much more professionally than her.
