After the conclusion of the biggest night in sports entertainment, Triple H appeared in front of the media for the post-WrestleMania press conference. It was there that the COO opened up on the return of his wife to the company, something that seemed to have emotionally moved Triple H. He said, “So great to have her back home. Right? I get her home all the time. But like, to have her back here. To see the doubt leave her by being here for the last few days. To see her confidence come back and to know that this is her home. This is Stephanie McMahon’s first formal appearance in WWE since 2022. The then-co-CEO of the company Nick Khan confirmed the retirement of her father Vince McMahon to the Friday Night SmackDown public. A couple of nights ago, Stephanie McMahon was seen next to Triple H in the guest audience of the 2024 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. She sat in the front row, just backstage, next to Triple H. She wore a hat with the ECW logo, similar to the one she wore when she became the owner of ECW during the Invasion storyline in 2001.

McMahon stepped down from WWE in January 2023, when she announced her voluntary departure from the CEO position following Vince McMahon’s return to the helm of the company. She was also a part of the board that unanimously agreed that Vince McMahon’s return was not in the best interest of the company. The executive and wrestler was with the company for nearly 25 years, holding multiple management positions besides maintaining a prominent role on television. Nevertheless, her return to the company alludes to a potential chapter for her legacy in WWE. What did you make of Triple H’s words revolving around his wife’s return to the promotion?
