In a recent Twitter post, WWE on Fox posted a short video from a match fought between Shinsuke Nakamura and Seth Rollins saying that the feud needed to happen again.
Rollins and Nakamura both replied to the post later, which may hint out at a new storyline.
Dear @WWE,
Can we have a rematch between @WWERollins & @ShinsukeN one day? #SurvivorSeries pic.twitter.com/rND6qHamsH

Rollins and Nakamura’s battle at Survivor Series was a great fixture.
With the former defending Raw and the latter SmackDown, the two fought to their knees, countering each other over and over again.
Eventually, Rollins caught Nakamura down after once again countering and delivered a finishing Curb Stomp. RAW won a 2-0 lead as a result of this match.
Seth Rollins feels that the match in Tokyo was much better
Reminding fans of this match, WWE on Fox suggested that the two Superstars fight another thrilling match like that soon. Replying to this post first was Seth Rollins himself.
We did one in Tokyo last year that I thought was about 20-30x better than this one. https://t.co/RKbiy6WxdX

He does one better, by stating that their match in Tokyo in 2019 was twenty to thirty times better than that one.
In Tokyo, Rollins defended his Universal Championship against Nakamura.
The match had a great atmosphere and a very lively crowd. This definitely made the experience twenty to thirty times better for Rollins.

Later, Shinsuke Nakamura replied to Rollins’ tweet saying “Let us do it again.” This suggests that the two Superstars might be willing to work with each other, possibly for a big storyline.

We must, however, not jump to any conclusions.
Rollins is already preoccupied with the Rey Mysterio storyline which is yet to reach its climax. Mysterio’s son Dominik’s involvement in it means that it could take a lot longer.
Seth Rollins is having a field time being the “Monday Night Messiah” and his storyline against Mysterio is one of the juiciest right now.

However, we cannot write off the possibility of him working with Nakamura in the near future.
While we may have to wait longer for a possible Nakamura-Rollins feud, just thinking about it runs a chill down our spines.
