WWE is currently building momentum as they are going to hit London’s 02 arena for Money in The Bank PLE on July 1st. One of the key attractions, LA Knight seems to be a front-runner to climb the ladder and grab the prized briefcase with fans getting behind him as of late. Belonging from the bunch of overlooked talents in the company’s history, Knight believes MITB 2023 will be a perfect stage for him to establish himself as a breakout star.

Money in The Bank serves as a launching pad for promising careers. Whoever WWE chooses to walk away with this year’s briefcase will decide who they want to get behind in terms of a push. With all eyes on the men’s marquee ladder match, it’s still unknown whether former Max Dupri manages to get the win over six other men or not, especially with Logan Paul’s addition to the lineup. But, for now, the 40-year-old seems to be fully charged up, taking another big challenge up his sleeve.

In a major twist, Knight issued a playful challenge to England’s royal blood, King Charles III, for a match in MITB.

During an interview with Daily Star, Knight teasingly called out the king. He noted, “I gotta go to the top man and run for King Charles. I know he’s old and beaten down and, you know, busted up, but I’ve got to take the crown.”

While the 74-year-old isn’t likely to take up the challenge, Knight successfully flaunted his power through the hollow call-out before his big day in London.

To become even better than some legends (The Rock, Steve Austin), the 40-year-old will have to handle more pressure ahead in his career. Getting to the top may be the easy part but establishing himself as a top-tier talent will take some doing. Being ready to head to the next level in his career, Knight noted he was the man who put the most pressure on himself to prove his worth on the roster at London’s PLE this weekend.

His legion of fans will hope Knight will come out victorious from London, surpassing a solid line of men as his opponents. But his dream fight with King Charles III will, however, remain a dream.
