Solo Sikoa has engraved his name as a legend at WWE. The Enforcer of The Bloodline had recently defeated John Cena at the latest Crown Jewel. And this was done all by himself, without any help from his stable mates. Following this victory over John Cena, he is now being given the ‘Roman Reigns treatment’.

Is Solo Sikoa the next Roman Reigns?

Solo Sikoa was absent from the latest episode of SmackDown following Crown Jewel. Fans were expecting to see him as they wanted to know how his story would unfold. But it was announced that he is not present but will be seen next week. Moreover, he was given a special ‘returns’ graphic which is typically given to stars like Roman Reigns

In the graphic, fans can see that he is standing along with The Wiseman, Paul Heyman, implying that he might have his back. Along with that, there might be a major announcement which will be involving Solo Sikoa. This move might be the promotion’s attempt to promote the star individually and not as a member of The Bloodline.

The move by WWE could signify that they want to establish Solo Sikoa as an individual star, just like his brother Jey Uso. There has been speculation that he might be the right contender to take up the position of The Tribal Chief. Sikoa joined WWE back in 2021. Since then, he had earned the moniker of The Street Champion for fending against threats while on the streets. It had been highlighted oftentimes that he felt neglected by his brothers and cousin. During 2021, The Usos were pushed to the top as tag-team champions, and Roman Reigns was already the Undisputed Champion.

There could’ve been an ulterior motive for why Sikoa got so close to Reigns after joining the faction. Specifically, that he wants to be the ruler at Friday Night SmackDown. He proved his dominance at the Crown Jewel PLE, where he mercilessly slaughtered the Leader of the Cenation John Cena. Cena, who is one of the most respectful wrestlers, was left in bad shape after the bout. The loss might have cemented his permanent retirement from WWE, thus making Sikoa a ‘G.O.A.T Killer’. It would be a matter of time to see who will be the next megastar who will be trampled by Sikoa and who will be the one who will stop his reign of terror.

One take at a time

For me pro wrestling has two things that I like the most, storytelling and fighting. Let’s just say movies are failing to keep me entertained in those departments. I grew up watching WWF and not WWE and any hardcore fan will agree that the two are not the same, but I love both iterations.
