The actual Dwayne Johnson is not giving away free money. But the A.I. generated voice which plays alongside an advertisement does. The thing that stands out the most is how the audio doesn’t sync properly with the video. In the clip, some old videos of Dwayne Johnson are mashed up with other spliced videos of people and money. As the tone of the 51-year-old star remains the same throughout, it is interesting to note that the volume keeps on fluctuating to show that the star himself is recording the video.
