Texas Burial Continues: Kevin Owens Shuts Up Another WWE Legend Defending the Pride and Honor of His Great State

Kevin Owens will not be in the main event picture of WrestleMania 38 in Dallas, Texas. But he has grabbed the attention of almost everyone in Texas through his tweets.

In recent times, the WWE Raw superstar has fired various shots at the state of Texas. And this has not gone down well with several people, including WWE legend Booker T.

Booker T took to Twitter to send a warning to Kevin Owens ahead of WrestleMania 38. He called the WWE Raw superstar a liar and told him not to mess with Texas.

Not only this, but the WWE Hall of Famer also mentioned that Owens will be lucky if he can make it to WrestleMania.

Soon after that, we got to hear from Kevin Owens himself. He took a dig at Booker T while responding to Booker T’s message. Owens said, “You seem to have taken an issue with what I have been saying about Texas. But here’s the thing. You can’t call me a liar.”

“Because evidently, you’re from Texas. But you spent a lot of your career in a tag team called Harlem Heat. So, who’s the liar? But I get it. I get being from Texas and wanting to pretend like you’re not from Texas,” he added.

Booker T is not the only WWE legend who called out Kevin Owens for his recent actions. Former WWE superstar JBL also had strong words for Kevin Owens.

If Kevin Owens becomes a part of WrestleMania 38 in Dallas, Texas, it looks like he will not get a great reception over there.

Will Kevin Owens compete at WrestleMania 38?

Kevin Owens is a major star in WWE right now. Recently, there have been rumors of him fighting against Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania 38.

Steve Austin is rumored to make his in-ring return at WrestleMania 38. But there has been no official confirmation on this.

However, there could be another plan for Owens at this year’s WrestleMania, apart from battling Steve Austin.

Currently, he is involved in a tag team with Seth Rollins. Next week on WWE Raw, they are scheduled to compete for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship. If they can win the tag team titles, they might have to defend it at The Grandest Stage of Them All.
