Bayley was recently found reacting to her long-time rival’s husband in an interview. However, the feud is not as personal as it may seem. On the contrary, it’s very much related to the squared circle. What Bayley feels about the need for a shift in WWE’s appreciation of talent has more to do with it.

During a red carpet interview before Money In the Bank 2023, Gorilla Position caught hold of ‘The Huggable One’. She was asked several questions in the interview, including one about her opinion of WWE’s new Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins.

The Huggable One is regarded as one of the four horsewomen of WWE. Becky Lynch was also a part of the same unofficial group. However, due to their twisted fate, the two fellow horsewomen are now rivals. But not many expected Bayley to extend this rivalry to Lynch’s husband as well. The prime reason for doing so is because she believes ‘The Architect’ has snatched away her golden opportunity at MITB.

While talking to Gorilla Position, Bayley was asked whether she believes she should be doing bigger things at WWE. Although this was the interviewer’s perspective, Bayley resonated with the statement.”I could be on a little more posters. That could be me instead of Seth Rollins. But to me, it’s more of uh ‘I can’t worry about all that’,” said Bayley.

Even though she is probably upset about WWE not recognizing her talent, she mentioned how being with Damage CTRL and seeing her team’s progress is what matters most to her. The 34-year-old further confessed, “Things like that is rewarding to me whether they like to see it or not how much of an asset I am, it’s fine.

The superstar has always been vocal about what she thinks and it’s no different this time. Whether WWE will take Bayley’s words seriously remains to be seen. However, we can expect the star to not back down. She stands up for what she believes in without hesitation and it’s something that we have seen time and again.

Damage CTRL’s leader doesn’t back off from picking a fight with anyone. In a recent turn of events, fans saw Bayley protecting a fellow WWE talent from the hate of some angry viewers. While she plays heel on-screen, ‘The Huggable One’ proved to be a hero when she stood up for Dana Brooke.

Brooke was a star on the main roster until she was switched back to NXT. Recently some viewers took a dig at her work in the promotion. Right after Brooke lost to the hateful comments, Bayley swept in to save the day.
