“The Biggest Match WWE Could Do” – Cody Rhodes Hints at Possible WrestleMania 40 Main Event Which “Would Take a Great Deal of Mountains to Be Moved”

WrestleMania 39 ended up satisfying several viewers. Although like every year, it left some people unsatisfied too. This dissatisfaction often stems from the result of the matches and the main event of WrestleMania 39 is an example. When Cody Rhodes was unable to defeat Roman Reigns in their match together, several fans were upset about it. But now, there seems to be a ray of hope for all fans.

The American Nightmare recently appeared in an interview and shed light on his rivalry with Roman Reigns. But he did not stop just there. Instead, Rhodes went on to announce that he is up for a rematch too.

Cody Rhodes is looking forward to going against Reigns one more time

‘The American Nightmare’ appeared in an interview with ‘Comicbook Nation’. The wrestler answered several questions throughout the interview. Following his WrestleMania main event, there were a lot of questions among fans about what Rhodes’ future in WWE would be like. He recently talked about the concern in fair detail.

While hinting at a wanted rematch with The Tribal Chief, Rhodes said, “The important thing to me is still the championship on Roman’s shoulders and it’s the biggest match that WWE could do, but it would take a great deal of mountains to be moved for that rematch to even happen.”

If sources are to be trusted, the rematch may happen at WrestleMania 40. However, fans shouldn’t worry about Rhodes sitting idly until then because the wrestler already has plans.

 “I came here wanting one thing. It doesn’t mean other stories won’t happen, that will also be finished. And it doesn’t mean there aren’t other milestones,” added the wrestler.

Is Cody Rhodes ready for another shot?

Rhodes and his fans were confident when he showed up at the main event of WrestleMania. But he fell short in his quest mainly due to the interference from The Bloodline allowing Reigns to retain the title.

However, Rhodes seems to be determined to fulfill his dream of becoming WWE Champion and won’t be going away easily.
